I got bored and decided to be an asshole. Attempted to destroy this website and got blocked from editing it.

And you're the only one active. What happens? In my theory, if you stop time you won't be able to do anything. You will see frozen things, because if time stops, light stops, and therefore only certain rays you run into will affect your vision. Like, literally, RUN INTO. The reflected light rays coming from your target number countlessly, from 360 degrees, in all directions. These light rays are floating frozen in the air. When your eyes run into one of them, they will see the image of the target drawn out by the light ray, which it drew when it was reflected off the target's body. It's a still image. Nothing changes, because more light isn't providing live feedback on what's really going on. These lights are frozen in the air as well. Some of these were speeding behind the light ray your eyes currently received, and some of these up front. Each of these light rays hold a different moment that animates the scene before your eyes. So if you move forward, your eyes take in different light rays holding different moments of the scene that happened right before/initially before time stopped. If you move backward, your eyes take in different light rays holding different moments of the scene that happened seconds before time stopped. This weird, physical working can be seen from all angles, but it won't change the event itself. It's like playing a 3-D animation of a walking figure and moving the camera around the figure simultaneously. All together, in real-life, time-frozen, you see a 3-D animation that draws out the event.

(I hope you understand what I'm saying.)

So can objects be interacted with? Yes, but that won't do anything. For matter and energy to change, whether it's position or composition, it requires time. You might know that objects change over a COURSE OF TIME. Meaning that matter and energy DEPEND on time just to move, and will stop changing along with time if time is stopped. Think about a car moving at 3 m/s. When time stops, this car is still moving at the same speed, it just doesn't change because time stopped. Look at m/s, that's meters per SECOND. Everything around you changes per SECOND (or whatever time increment). Stopping time is literally taking out that "per second," and making the act of change meaningless. So back to the car, this would make the car move at 3 meters. That doesn't make sense. Without time, we don't know how fast the car is moving. The car's speed is meaningless, and therefore will not move at all. A similar thing happens when tries to pick up a feather. The feather is changing position, and once again, that change is nullified because time is frozen. As a result, the feather is a whopping infinite grams. What if you tried to slap a bee out of the air? It's like slapping something permanently glued to mid-air. You can even stand on it (without crushing it), if you managed. What if I tried pushing my friend over? Your friend will not even budge.

However you interact with something, nothing initially happens when time is frozen. But your interactions will buffer on all interacted victims. Meaning those interactions will apply to the target only when time flows again. So you can freeze time, go to your nemesis, punch and kick him/her a million times, and when time flows again, all those punches and kicks will affect your nemesis at the same time. The result is a badly wounded and almost dead nemesis.
